Three Technical Indicators of Drying Efficiency

The drying efficiency of the dryer machine is an important technical indicator that reflects the drying effect. Here, we will take a look at several technical indicators of the drying efficiency.
The technical indicators of the drying efficiency mainly includes the following aspects: 
First, the overall efficiency
Total efficiency refers to the ratio between the amount of dust that is removed and the mount of dust inflowed into the dryer from the inlet at the same time with, which is also known as the average efficiency.
Second, the passing rate
The passing rate refers to the percentage of the amount of dust in the dryer outlet and the amount of dust in the inlet of the dryer. If the passing rate is higher, the amount of dust from the dryer outlet is larger, i.e. the drying efficiency will be lower. Further, when the drying efficiency of the dryer is high, to use the passing rate to show the difference ratio in the performance of the dryer is  more obvious than that is represented with a total efficiency.
Third, the classification of drying efficiency
Grading drying efficiency refers to that the the efficiency of the dryer is determined by dust particle size or particle size range, which refers to the ratio of total of the amount of dust trapped in a certain size range and the amount of the dust from the inlet of the dryers. Total drying efficiency of the dryer is close related with a particle diameter of the dust to be processed, even if the same device is in operation under the same operating conditions, there will be a significant difference in the performance of the dryer because of the different dust polydispersity.
