Abrasive wear and fatigue wear are the most serious ones of all kinds of wear condition, accounting for 50% of the total metal wear, which is also the common problem of the hammer crusher and other equipment. Therefore, it is particularly important for the conservation work of the crusher equipment, the following points are particularly worth noting. First, if the wear between the side hammer plate of the hammer frame and side cover is more serious, it is necessary to form the layer surfacing in the circumferential surface of the side plate and the side of the side plates. Second, because of the friction during operation, the both ends of the spindle are easy to wear, in the installation; two bushings should be added on the axis diameter to protect the shaft axis diameter.
In the process of operation of the crusher, it is necessary to uniformly feed the material and the materials shall be distributed in the entire length of the working portion of the rotor, to avoid the increase in the motor load, thereby extending the hammer crusher life. The another problem is that the operator must periodically check the screen bars, if there is blockage, it should be immediately removed. As for the hammer crusher bearings, under normal operating conditions, the temperature rise should be in the range of 35 ℃, the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. If more than 70 °C, the machine should be immediately stopped, and identify the reasons to eliminate it. Feeding should be stopped before stopping. The motor can not be stopped until the material in the crushing cavity is completely crushed.
